The fabric undergoes a garment-washing process, with a small area of damaged napping added to the knees. The distressed design and residual yarn hair create a distressed effect. The pants’ construction was carefully crafted and redesigned, resulting in a hand-cut, all-over print. The pattern at the waistband, cuffs, and hip pockets are all aligned, a process that requires significant fabric wear and labor. The Little Red Man embroidery on the back panel utilizes a three-dimensional core embroidery technique, using lustrous mercerized thread to create a vibrant, undulating pattern. The back waistband features a matching, iron-on pattern, crafted from genuine top-grain cowhide, a quality distinction distinguished from synthetic leather.
